Here is our back to business plan for the next 2 weeks, starting April 20^th:

• Our warehouse will be operating on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 am to 3:30 pm to ship your orders;

• Please notify us 48 hours in advance to schedule your pickups;

• In the event that we schedule your transports, 36 hours are required for proper functioning;

• We have implemented very strict distancing procedures (2m) and we do not accept signatures;

• Our paperless order management system allows you to receive an e-mail with photos of your merchandise as soon as your order leaves our warehouse;

• Our showroom remains closed.

RETURN OF GOODS / PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

For an indefinite period, we will not accept returns for sanitary reasons. The health of our team is extremely important to us. In this sense, please inform your customers to properly measure the quantities needed.

Also, please verify your transport costs. Impex Stone has no choice to ask special collaboration from you until volume is back to normal.
