IMPORTANT REMINDER: COVID 19: NO RETURN OF PRODUCT ACCEPTED
Even if we have announced this measure in a previous correspondence, I would like to remind and clarify our position at Impex regarding merchandise returns.
For health reasons, we will not accept any returns during the confinement period, and we will only accept them again 90 days after the end of the special measures.
Above all: DO NOT ACCUMULATE YOUR RETURNS FOR THE END OF THE CONTAINMENT, BECAUSE WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THEM. OUR RETURN POLICY WILL ALWAYS BE THE SAME, EITHER A RETURN PERMITTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE INVOICED DATE. THE GOODS WILL BE INVOICED DURING THE CONTAINMENT PERIOD WILL THEREFORE NOT BE RETURNABLE UNLESS IT IS A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR AN ERROR ON OUR PART.
Your staff will therefore have to be very careful when calculating your order quantities so as not to have overstock merchandise that you will not be able to return. Our customer service is there to help you if you have any questions.
